Key Responsibilities

•Deliver results against OnePay credit KPIs (applications, new accounts, credit sales) by designing and executing market- and store-level initiatives.
•Partner with market and store leadership to create and implement action plans to improve credit performance and adoption.
•Drive in-store execution of marketing programs, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials to ensure consistent rollout of regional strategies.
•Train and coach store and market teams through field engagement, meetings, and performance-focused education.
•Monitor competitive activity, provide performance reporting and recommendations, and ensure compliance through auditing signage and POS materials; manage travel and field marketing budgets.

Salary: USD 75,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in financial services field or retail store management, or HS diploma/GED and 5+ years in the same areas.
•Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
•Minimum 2 years of client relationship management experience.
•Minimum 2 years developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
•Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; must be willing to travel up to 75% and live within the assigned territory.
