Job Summary

Execute regular and irregular maintenance activities on ASML systems at customer sites with considerable independence and limited supervision. Analyze and triage machine problems, gather diagnostic information, decide on initial approaches, and hand over issues to 2nd line support with well-documented reports. Perform repairs, coordinate parts/tools for on-site procedures, train customers on correct actions and routine maintenance, and identify process improvements while transferring knowledge within the work group.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze machine problems by gathering relevant information, using available means, and collecting additional diagnostic details when needed.
•Route and hand over problems to 2nd line support, and document/package relevant data for resolution (e.g., reports and work orders).
•Execute repairs independently using tools, replacing parts and improving settings as part of standard service actions.
•Coordinate on-site procedures by arranging required parts, tools, equipment, and knowledge based on the customer machine time window.
•Train customers on correct actions, routine maintenance, and advise on user procedures; coach less experienced engineers on first tasks.

Key Requirements

•BSc degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
•Experience in technical industry required; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
•Experience using computer applications including data analysis tools, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
•Complete knowledge of product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules.
•Ability to execute defined and regular maintenance activities with considerable independence and limited supervision.
