Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to create project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by scheduling labor, materials, and equipment for efficient execution.
  • •Monitor progress to identify risks, delays, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • •Conduct inspections and quality control checks, and prepare/review documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) and registration/qualification as an Engineer (UPDA/MMUP Engineer Registration).
  • •Strong construction knowledge across principles, methods, and materials, with ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
