Own medium-to-high complexity platform projects end-to-end as part of the Cloud Platform team, rebuilding core systems for the AI era. Lead work that improves developer experience, reliability, and security, including AI-augmented infrastructure workflows. Drive Kubernetes and cloud Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and related tooling, evolve CI/CD with Argo and GitHub Actions, and instrument observability with Datadog/SLOs while leading incident response and mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead high-impact platform projects that improve developer experience, reliability, or security and establish safe deployment practices.
•Build AI-augmented platform tooling and workflows, including infra primitives, automated review, and policy-as-code guardrails.
•Own Infrastructure-as-Code for Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize, making it consumable for automated PRs.
•Evolve CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD/Workflows/Rollouts, GitHub Actions) to make deploys faster, safer, and easier to reason about.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering with hands-on cloud infrastructure time.
•B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
•Production experience operating Kubernetes and containerized applications at meaningful scale (EKS, GKE, AKS, or on-prem).
•Proficiency in at least one programming language (Golang or Python preferred) and IaC tooling (Terraform).
•Working knowledge of AWS core services and networking/security fundamentals.
