Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership of the Safe and Secure Team at assigned facilities, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and resolving issues.
  • •Build relationships with facility leadership to support associate safety, site safety, physical security, inventory control, crisis management, and business continuity.
  • •Manage stolen vehicle reporting and lead inquiries related to theft and fraud, partnering with internal stakeholders and appropriate departments.
  • •Oversee safe and secure technology infrastructure, gate/access point controls, and the card access process to ensure timely badge issuance.
  • •Track KPIs and exception-based reporting, support new-hire Safe and Secure training, and help implement EHS protocols and facility improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of Safe and Secure leadership experience, preferably including distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • •At least 3 years of experience directly supervising and managing a team.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong analytical and data-driven skills with experience using KPIs and risk mitigation programs.
  • •Experience leading OSHA program implementation within a distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment environment.
