Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the voice of Ramp’s Customer Support via live calls, email, and chat.
  • •Diagnose issues across Ramp’s product surface, understanding how payments, cards, travel, and accounting integrations connect.
  • •Handle escalations end-to-end with ownership, routing across teams and following up until resolution.
  • •Use AI tools and proprietary CX research tooling (including Glass) to improve support operations and provide feedback.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements by fixing gaps, missing SOPs, and outdated/incorrect knowledge base paths.
