Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives, SC peers, and leadership to create account and deal strategies and plan customer engagements that lead to compelling solutions.
  • •Discover and manage customer needs and requirements tied to decision criteria and key business issues.
  • •Craft solution designs using Benchling capabilities, data models, and R&D best practices that fit customer technology landscapes.
  • •Present and demonstrate solutions, manage questions and objections, and address concerns while considering alternatives.
  • •Collaborate with product management to inform roadmap direction and provide reusable solutions, content, trainings, and mentorship for other SCs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Chemistry or similar Life Science field, with at least 4 years of work experience (ideally customer facing).
  • •Hands-on antibody discovery and engineering experience (bench scientist or technical support for biologics teams).
  • •Experience with scientific/informatics software such as LIMS and ELN (familiarity with antibody engineering software is a plus).
  • •Ability to model scientific data and craft solutions based on product knowledge and industry best practices; experience with research instruments, reagents, or software is desired.
  • •Fluent English; German or French is a plus. Willingness to travel to customer sites 25–30%.
