  • •Higher technical education or currently studying in fields such as Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related areas.
  • •Good knowledge of fundamentals of metallurgy and materials engineering.
  • •Knowledge of heat treatment and thermo-chemical processes (hardening, tempering, carburizing, nitriding, quenching and aging/ageing).
  • •Basic knowledge of metallography and hardness testing.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and familiarity with technological documentation and quality requirements.
