Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, lead, and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to corporate strategy to drive long-term success.
  • •Act as Programme Manager for selected enterprise-wide initiatives, owning scope, business case, budget, risks, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization.
  • •Establish and lead the Strategic Projects Office/PMO with portfolio governance, delivery standards, stage gates, assurance, and performance reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated transformation roadmaps across business functions and conduct regular strategic reviews with the Executive team.
  • •Manage and direct the Strategic Projects team, coordinate with central/divisional IT, support change management, and provide quality assurance and post-implementation support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Honours degree in a Commercial/Business discipline.
  • •Minimum 10+ years in a Strategy and PMO centric role.
  • •Experience establishing, managing or transforming a PMO, Transformation Office, or strategic project portfolio.
  • •Experienced leader of people, including virtual teams and indirect influence with senior stakeholder management.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional projects driving and implementing strategic change.
