Key Responsibilities

•Analyze information relevant to problems, gather diagnostic data, decide on initial approach, and execute while consulting with others
•Handover problem aspects to 2nd line support and document data for resolution
•Install equipment at customer locations, unload, inspect, assemble, align and test
•Perform hardware upgrades and system setup/recovery for upgrade packages following up-to-date plans
•Explain actions to users, train customers in use and routine maintenance, and coach less experienced engineers

Key Requirements

•BSc in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
•Experience in technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred
•Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
•Willingness to work across varied settings, locations and with different colleagues
