Key Responsibilities

•Own, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customer issues related to Keyloop ERP modules and product suites, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
•Communicate effectively with customers, peers and management across a global team to achieve departmental goals.
•Document solutions and create written guidance on resolution steps and procedures to improve knowledge sharing.
•Identify training gaps and contribute to knowledge media to drive faster case resolution.
•Coach and mentor colleagues to improve support effectiveness and root-cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CZK 567,000 - 693,000 annually
