  • •At least 1 year of experience in a Cox Fleet role as a Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care (preferred).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing, and email.
  • •Strong communication skills by phone, email, and in person.
  • •Ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects.
