Job Summary

Lead plant maintenance and reliability activities at the Middleport site, ensuring safety, efficiencies, and equipment uptime. Partner with EHS to strengthen safety culture, drive housekeeping improvements, and build preventive maintenance programs. Develop and execute maintenance strategy for the plant and warehouse, oversee technical projects and reliability improvements, and guide supervisors and apprentices to build talent and improve operations. Manage storeroom and material inventory while integrating corporate initiatives into daily work.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with EHS to lead daily safety activities (MBWA, plant tours) and evolve safety culture using maintenance capabilities.
•Drive housekeeping improvement efforts, including supporting 5S implementation throughout the site.
•Develop and implement strategic plans for Maintenance and Warehouse departments, and guide the Maintenance Supervisor and plant maintenance group.
•Identify and lead technical projects and reliability/process improvements, ensuring appropriate tools, equipment, and expertise.
•Develop preventive maintenance programs and plan, develop, and implement methods/procedures to improve maintenance operations and minimize costs, including storeroom/inventory oversight.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•B.S. in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
•Minimum 5 years of supervision/management experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
•Demonstrated project management skills and ability to analyze and improve processes.
•Working knowledge of SAP, including maintenance module, inventory, and procurement functions.
•Must have experience working in a union environment.
