Key Responsibilities

•Engage with principal customer technical decision-makers and influencers to align on business goals and technical environments.
•Lead data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer goals and technical contexts.
•Drive pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value realization to move customers from pilots to production deployments.
•Troubleshoot technical issues reported during implementation and deployment, providing solutions.
•Identify and escalate blockers, collaborating with product and support teams to remediate impact on architecture implementations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative/complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
•Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring the successful implementation of customer projects.
•Extensive technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
