Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general production duties in a pork processing facility, which may include basic to intermediate knife work such as trimming and removing bones.
  • •Work in any assigned department (Harvest, Cut/Converting, or Loadout) based on availability.
  • •In Harvest, process offal products in wet, humid, hot conditions, with lifting varying by area.
  • •In Cut/Converting, process fresh pork products in cold, damp conditions, with lifting varying by area.
  • •In Loadout, read order sheets, retrieve and place boxes on a conveyor, stack/palletize boxes, and arrange them in trucks ensuring proper orientation and label visibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including continuous standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
