Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the PSS operational strategy to deliver 100% uptime and timely issue resolution.
  • •Administer and monitor the PSS platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • •Perform regular system updates and patches, and support system outage procedures for planned and unplanned events.
  • •Manage user access, roles, and permissions in New Skies, and monitor system performance across modules.
  • •Support delivery of new products/services (e.g., new routes, Interline/Codeshare partners), including project timelines, test cases, and UAT while ensuring vendor SLA adherence.

  • •5+ years of experience with Navitaire New Skies Passenger Service Systems, including hands-on PSS configurations and upgrades.

  • •Experience with distribution system technologies and emerging standards such as NDC and One Order.
