Job Summary

Own the operational strategy for the Passenger Services System (PSS) and ensure 100% uptime across all PSS modules. Administer and monitor the Navitaire platform in New Skies, handle updates and patches, manage user access and permissions, and track system performance. Support implementations for new products, routes, and Interline/Codeshare partners, including test cases and UAT for enhancements. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet SLA and drive continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the PSS operational strategy to deliver 100% uptime and timely issue resolution.
•Administer and monitor the PSS platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
•Perform regular system updates and patches, and support system outage procedures for planned and unplanned events.
•Manage user access, roles, and permissions in New Skies, and monitor system performance across modules.
•Support delivery of new products/services (e.g., new routes, Interline/Codeshare partners), including project timelines, test cases, and UAT while ensuring vendor SLA adherence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
•5+ years of experience with Navitaire New Skies Passenger Service Systems, including hands-on PSS configurations and upgrades.
•Previous airline experience is mandatory.
•Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems and distribution mechanisms.
•Experience with distribution system technologies and emerging standards such as NDC and One Order.
