Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform core operational duties while serving as the SME go-to resource for assigned processes.
  • •Execute, explain, and troubleshoot departmental standard work; identify deviations, gaps, and risks.
  • •Provide hands-on training for new hires, cross-training, and retraining using approved Standard Work Instructions.
  • •Support department leadership with advanced training needs, process changes, system updates, ramp-ups, recovery, and stabilization.
  • •Ensure training and advanced task execution align with safety, ergonomic, and compliance expectations, escalating systemic issues appropriately.

Salary: USD 19.47 - 21.88
