Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop team members, including skills development, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • •Govern and monitor multiple programs/projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget with full adoption of governance and delivery frameworks.
  • •Provide demand and capacity management by delivering visibility into team capacity, skills mix, and constraints for future planning.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on capability maturity and delivery direction, maintaining up-to-date delivery position visibility.
  • •Resolve issues and handle escalations in partnership with project managers, ensuring CPMO standards, controls, progress, budget, vendor costs, and RAID items are tracked.

Key Requirements

  • •University Degree in Technology, Management, or equivalent.
  • •10+ years of experience in the relevant capability domain.
  • •Proven experience leading specialist teams with strong people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience operating in agile / product based environments and influencing without direct delivery ownership.
  • •Experience handling multiple programs with interdependencies, using project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and supporting cross-functional teams.
