•Oversee safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment, including hazard analyses and preventive maintenance programmes.
•Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands whilst managing costs and resources efficiently.
•Monitor productivity, investigate downtime issues, and collaborate with staff to identify and implement process improvements.

•Demonstrated experience in assisting or leading site operations effectively.
