Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe to drive conditions.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and frequent loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (and pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card).
