Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and coordinate manufacturing/production activities to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals.
  • •Assist plant leadership in developing processes to maximize output, maintain machinery, reduce costs, and drive a zero-incident culture.
  • •Implement CIF by ensuring standardized processes are followed, empowering employee improvements, and applying countermeasures.
  • •Promote collaboration, develop direct reports, determine personnel needs, provide training resources, and coach team members on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Assign daily work schedules, review in-process inventory reports, lead accountability meetings (Tier, GEMBA), maintain production statistics/metrics, and coordinate support from other functions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED plus a minimum of five years in a supervisor or team leadership role.
  • •At least one year of team leadership or supervisor experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
  • •Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Santa Ana, CA (active-duty military exempt).
  • •Experience with MRP/ERP systems and a lean fundamental understanding (preferred).
