Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Applied AI Architects team across GTM and G&A, owning onboarding, development, and performance
  • •Own the engagement portfolio: decide where architects embed, prioritize work, and manage rotation and scaling
  • •Deliver and measure committed GTM bets and G&A candidate bets using leading indicators tied to business outcomes
  • •Run operating discipline across the engagement lifecycle and cohort maturity model, ensuring adoption and productization
  • •Stay hands-on with system-level design and partner with Applied AI Product, CIO, CTO, and executives to operationalize field learnings into platform improvements

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience spanning GTM-adjacent technical work and hands-on building
