Registered Nurse - Homecare

Deliver direct homecare nursing to adult and paediatric patients, providing evidence-based assessment, care planning, interventions, and evaluations from admission through discharge. Prepare clinical notes, monitor and record vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and manage therapies including IV infusions and parenteral treatments. Care for patients with complex needs such as tracheostomy, gastrostomy, colostomy, ventilators, dialysis, and mobility challenges, while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating with physicians and families.
