Key Requirements

•3+ years direct hands-on experience in foundations, concrete forming/rebar, structural steel erection, and heavy support systems.
•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•Postsecondary diploma or degree in construction management, civil/structural engineering, or related field (preferred).
•Experience supervising data center, hyperscale, semiconductor, or similar mission-critical environments (preferred).
