Key Responsibilities

  • •Support technical sales and customer engagements for Hivemind across the Americas, translating mission needs into technically feasible solution concepts.
  • •Partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Engagement, and Program teams to plan and deliver demos, technical interchange meetings, and customer-specific solution development.
  • •Assist with RFIs, RFPs, white papers, proposals, and capture activities by providing credible technical inputs and shaping solution approaches.
  • •Explain complex autonomy, mission software, and AI-enabled systems to technical and operational audiences, aligning demos to mission objectives.
  • •Feed customer insights back to product and engineering teams and represent product capabilities, limitations, and roadmap dependencies to customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, field applications engineering, systems engineering, technical sales, autonomy, robotics, simulation, defense software, or related customer-facing technical roles.
  • •Strong technical understanding of autonomy, AI-enabled systems, mission software, or simulation environments in complex defense technology contexts.
  • •Experience supporting customer-facing technical engagements such as demos, technical briefings, proposal support, integration discussions, or technical interchange meetings.
  • •Direct experience with Department of War simulation environments, live-virtual-constructive training/test ecosystems, synthetic training environments, synthetic data generation, and/or image-generation systems.
  • •Ability to translate customer mission needs into feasible solution concepts, requirements, demos, and product feedback, with strong written and verbal communication.
