Key Responsibilities

  • •Support risk assessment for live streaming across multiple overseas regions by reviewing and judging edge cases.
  • •Identify non-compliant risks, follow up on disposal, and ensure compliance across the livestream ecosystem.
  • •Assist with safety model operations, including monitoring model effects and tracking abnormal or misjudged cases.
  • •Conduct case analysis to verify and calibrate rule/logic chains against community guideline violations using prompt engineering.
  • •Coordinate cross-team collaboration on model improvement plans and model training strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above (Communication, IR, Law, Business, Data Science or related preferred).
  • •Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading/writing proficiency required for communication with the China team).
  • •Familiar with the overseas live streaming/short video ecosystem with risk sensitivity and basic compliance awareness.
  • •Available to intern at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 consecutive months and adapt to international business rhythms.
  • •Preferred: experience or strong interest in trust & safety, content compliance, and risk operations; data analysis ability with Excel (SQL preferred) and prompt engineering experience with generative AI/LLMs is a plus.
