Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate operational activities for worldwide product introduction and ensure stable, controlled migration of hardware, software, and networking changes into production.
  • •Ensure consistency between production and test environments and create/maintain build processes for releases into production.
  • •Prioritize failures, work with development to resolve problems, and set up configuration specifications for releases.
  • •Create factory strategies and plans for worldwide operations based on product plans and roadmaps.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in the OLP process, product manufacturability and flexibility, operations cycle time and quality, and reduce manufacturing transformation cost.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Experience resolving complex issues using professional concepts and company objectives, with some barriers to entry at this level.
  • •Ability to analyze complex situations or data and apply in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and company protocol.
  • •Judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • •Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
