Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Talent Management stakeholders to deliver product outcomes for Talent Management systems and identify opportunities to improve employee and leader experiences.
  • •Translate prioritized needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs; configure, test, release, and maintain capabilities across performance, succession, objective setting, and development.
  • •Align with COE SMEs, HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders on outcomes, scope, dependencies, and tradeoffs from discovery through launch.
  • •Contribute to a product roadmap by improving usability, adoption, efficiency, and overall employee and leader experience.
  • •Support quality and delivery by facilitating user acceptance testing, evaluating Workday releases, maintaining the agile delivery board, and recommending enhancements as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree such as Master’s/MBA/JD/MD; PhD with 0 years).
  • •2+ years configuring Workday Talent Management modules including performance & talent reviews, feedback, Career Hub, and succession planning.
  • •3+ years total Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience, including experience with Workday business processes, custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, and dashboards.
  • •Experience supporting Talent Management processes in a global organization and exceptional communication/customer-facing skills with diverse technical and business users.
  • •Experience with Jira and familiarity with Agile delivery methods; Workday Pro certification(s) in Talent modules is preferred.
