Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage client projects and coordinate stakeholder engagement programmes to ensure delivery on time and to the highest standard.
  • •Develop integrated public affairs and advocacy strategies to help clients achieve policy and business objectives.
  • •Lead preparation of client deliverables including policy analyses, briefing materials, stakeholder mapping, position papers, reports, and executive presentations.
  • •Support planning and execution of policy-focused events, roundtables, conferences, and stakeholder engagement programmes.
  • •Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, participating in pitches, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, public policy, strategic communications, or a related field, including managing client projects and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of the German political, legislative, and regulatory landscape and broader European policy developments.
  • •Experience building and maintaining relationships with policymakers and relevant stakeholder groups such as trade associations, NGOs, and think tanks.
  • •Ability to support the development and implementation of integrated public affairs and advocacy strategies aligned to clients’ policy and business objectives.
  • •Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
