Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the portfolio of new product bets: select focus areas, sequence work, and decide what advances or stops.
  • •Hire, lead, and grow product managers; set product-craft standards and own team performance and development.
  • •Set direction for what gets built using customer and market input and the team’s discovery, engaging key customer moments.
  • •Own portfolio commercial outcomes including pricing, packaging, go-to-market, win rate, and growth.
  • •Hold the team accountable for portfolio outcomes across adoption, usage, and customer impact, not just shipping; secure delivery capacity and maintain delivery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Direct experience building products in accounting/financial management, FP&A/planning, HR/recruiting solutions, or project/professional services management, with shipped products in these domains.
  • •Mastery of the full product lifecycle, including leading and growing product managers who deliver it.
  • •Deep fluency in how mid-market services organizations run their back office, and a clear understanding of what differentiates ERP from generic SaaS.
  • •Commercial ownership—understanding how product decisions drive ARR, win rate, and retention, and owning pricing and the commercial case.
  • •A bias to ship and a strong interest in seeing real products in customers’ hands.
