Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead installation of electrical systems interconnecting residential solar arrays to grid power.
  • •Ensure electricians’ work meets workmanship standards and complies with NEC and local codes.
  • •Complete assigned solar battery installations and safely plan/complete main panel upgrades (MPU).
  • •Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues; fulfill upgrades/repairs to support solar equipment.
  • •Mentor and train other electricians; work with license holders and AHJ inspectors as an electrical subject matter expert.
