Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide safe, direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process for a defined patient population
  • •Identify outcomes for timely patient care delivery and ensure quality by adhering to therapeutic standards and adjusting as needed
  • •Perform basic patient assessment to distinguish normal vs. abnormal signs, symptoms, and reactions
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents, perform skin tests and immunizations, and conduct phlebotomy/peripheral venous access
  • •Plan, implement, report, and document care in the electronic medical record, ensuring patient safety and effective communication with healthcare teams

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • •Knowledge and practice of clinical/technical nursing skills aligned to the QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice
  • •ERP knowledge; SAP functional skills are preferred/required for success
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC is preferred
