Personal Banker Associate II - Harpeth Valley (Nashville, TN)

Participate in a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations across Operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification to become a Retail Personal Banker II. In this sales-focused role, you’ll build customer profiles using financial needs assessments, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and retain customers through consultative sales and relationship building. You’ll also use approved marketing tools for outreach, cross-sell, partner with mortgage and small business teams, and help deliver customer experience and production goals.
