RSR-301 Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager as part of the Store Leadership Team to ensure effective store operations. Execute strategies that improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability while leading supervisors and associates. Support hiring, training, and coaching, maintain inventory levels and shrink control, and help develop action plans to address store goals, safety, and performance issues.
