Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale O365 configurations aligned to security, compliance, and governance.
  • •Own operational stability and service performance, including incident, problem, and change management, with runbooks, escalation paths, and SLA adherence.
  • •Ensure security, data protection, and regulatory compliance; partner on access controls, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery.
  • •Act as primary technical point of contact for O365 service reviews, working with Microsoft/partners and providing functional leadership for O365 engineers and managed service partners.
