Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain relationships with borrowers and referral sources.
  • •Analyze commercial lending opportunities (working capital lines of credit, term loans, and owner-occupied real estate loans).
  • •Perform borrower and guarantor balance sheet and cash flow analysis to determine credit facility fit.
  • •Prepare investment analysis and credit packages/presentations for review and guide credit requests through review and approval.
  • •Manage and support, coach, and train staff; participate in interviewing and hiring; conduct performance evaluations and goal planning.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of experience in commercial lending, including valuation, asset management, and financial analysis.
  • •B.A. degree in finance (or related field) and/or related work experience.
  • •Knowledge of compliance with state and federal lending regulations, including Regulation Z, Regulation B, FHA, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act, AML/CIP, RFPA, and CRA.
  • •General knowledge of loan documentation, collateral analysis, and financial statements.
  • •Proficiency with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Argus) and familiarity with Moody’s analysis systems and nCino.
