Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the store expert, mastering product knowledge, customer needs, and showroom operations to deliver an engaging customer experience.
  • •Lead and train the on-shift team with feedback-based coaching to improve customer experience and team happiness.
  • •Plan and execute product displays and seasonal merchandising, including styling and outfit suggestions.
  • •Manage stock operations (receiving, returns, inventory, loss prevention) and cashier duties (checkout, reconciliation, cash register operations).
  • •Collaborate with the store manager to execute daily work plans, handoffs, and store initiatives while maintaining brand standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervision/training
  • •Strong communication and language skills; basic English preferred
  • •Customer-focused mindset with ability to provide expert product knowledge and solutions
  • •Flexible work availability including weekends/holidays; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • •Experience in visual merchandising, service/training delivery, and product training is a plus
