Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle pre- and post-contract duties including cost estimates, procurement/tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans, including estimating and cost planning.
  • •Lead tendering and procurement activities such as pre-qualification, tender lists, tender analysis/reports, and compiling contractual documents.
  • •Own timely cost checks/valuations and produce monthly post-contract cost reports for client presentations; support cost variances and change control.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of relevant facility asset types (e.g., data center, life sciences, healthcare, pharma, real estate).
  • •Good knowledge of construction and procurement methods.
  • •Experience with, or managing teams using multiple estimating tools and applications.
  • •Polish and English language skills required.
