Senior Cost Manager

Lead end-to-end cost management across pre- and post-contract project stages, including cost estimates, feasibility studies, procurement and tendering, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts. Produce and present monthly cost reports, manage cost checks, and support change control and cost variance reviews. Perform cost risk analysis, contribute to value engineering, and maintain best-practice cost estimating knowledge while collaborating closely with clients and consultants.
