Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with legislation, company procedures, and accredited environmental, health and safety management systems.
  • •Assist the doctor in all aspects of medicine and ensure injuries and illnesses are treated adequately.
  • •Maintain confidential employee records and keep medical equipment fit for purpose and within expiry date.
  • •Coordinate work-related injuries/illnesses with the safety officer for investigation and corrective action.
  • •Administer first aid and emergency measures, enforce preventive programs, and support reporting and resolution of incidents aligned with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience, with 3 years of relevant working experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • •Professional Qualification in QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners).
  • •Knowledge of basic life support (BLS/ILS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), plus medical terminologies and conditions.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) to support clinic operations.
