Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment on road construction and asphalt paving projects.
•Perform normal operating adjustments and oil/grease servicing as needed for equipment.
•Maintain an efficient working condition of the equipment through minor servicing and maintenance.
•Understand and apply paving requirements, including preparatory work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, and compaction.
•Support related duties such as shovel work, setting string line, and adding or removing screed extensions.
