Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage complex end-to-end employee exits and offboarding activities with minimal supervision across international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted, elevated employee relations guidance to clients on terminations, resignations, transfers, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate client/external employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultation meetings, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) and support offboarding activities and audits.
  • •Drive process improvements and automation/AI opportunities within the offboarding and employee relations workflows, including maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
