Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, source, screen, interview, and recommend Field Sales Agents for hire; maintain a healthy regional talent bench.
  • •Lead, coach, and onboard FSAs through daily direction, meetings, and field ride-alongs; address skill gaps with targeted coaching.
  • •Own region-level weekly/monthly acquisition targets and ensure individual quota attainment; monitor metrics and intervene when performance declines.
  • •Ensure field activity follows the acquisition playbook and timelines; review and score FSA fieldwork quality and provide structured feedback.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM records and provide leadership with weekly reports on recruitment status, acquisition rates, field activity, and immediate blockers; coordinate handoffs after successful acquisitions.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of total experience in field sales, B2B sales, or territory management.
  • •1–2+ years in a team lead, coordinator, or supervisory capacity.
  • •Experience recruiting or building commission-based sales teams.
  • •Track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition/sales quotas.
  • •Coaching experience developing junior field sales reps in activity execution and objection handling.
