Job Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations to help clients build confidence. Support inventory and merchandising while fostering an inclusive, team-oriented culture and following Sephora standards. This flex role requires reliability, attendance, and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
•Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product expertise and knowledge.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends and share relevant techniques and recommendations.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.2 - 21.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment as a team player.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
