Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment by complying with company safety policies and OSHA/MSHA requirements using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • •Assist the construction/paving crew with tasks such as shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow work, digging, spreading, and leveling materials.
  • •Signal construction equipment operators to facilitate alignment and movement of materials.
  • •Assist with placement, moving, and dismantling of traffic control devices such as signs, barricades, and cones.
  • •Follow manager directions for daily tasks and expectations and run small power tools (e.g., jack hammer) when needed.

Key Requirements
