Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional customer service by handling and resolving complaints via phone, email, and letter.
  • •Compile accurate case files with evidence of systems used and ongoing investigation notes.
  • •Impartially review evidence and address all aspects of a complaint to reach the fairest outcome.
  • •Review relevant terms and conditions (cards, merchants, insurance products, offers, promotions, and policies) to determine whether to uphold or reject complaints.
  • •Communicate investigation outcomes clearly, partner with Compliance and other teams to resolve issues, and help prevent future complaints by reporting systemic issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •No more than 5 years gap between highest education completion date and joining date.
  • •Did not enroll in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs.
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn and adapt.
