Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble metal bus bars and other switchboard components using front views, bill of materials, drawings, blueprints, and instructions.
  • •Measure and install material by following established procedures using hand tools and a tape measure.
  • •Maintain expected job progress, communicate problem areas or part shortages, and perform root cause analysis for quality/production issues.
  • •Perform quality responsibilities including visual inspections before and after assembly, identifying nonconforming parts, and troubleshooting errors.
  • •Follow safety policies including PPE use and 5S duties; cross-train and stand in for other employees/job functions as necessary.

Key Requirements
