Drive FlapKap’s top-of-funnel growth by prospecting and qualifying merchant leads, then booking high-quality meetings for Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Manage targeted outreach across key verticals (F&B, Clinics, Retail, and B2B), run structured discovery using BANT and SPIN, and maintain accurate HubSpot CRM logging and weekly reporting. Improve conversions through market intelligence, continuous learning, and insight-sharing with product and credit teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain a targeted prospect list across F&B, Clinics, Retail, and B2B.
•Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to understand business context.
•Conduct structured discovery calls using BANT and SPIN to assess fit, urgency, and buying intent.
•Schedule qualified meetings for BDRs and provide detailed handoff notes on prospect profile and pain points.
•Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot and deliver weekly activity reports and conversion metrics, while staying current on market and product changes.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (fintech, SaaS, or B2B preferred).

•Hands-on experience with high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outbound (email + phone + LinkedIn).
•Working knowledge of sales qualification frameworks including BANT and SPIN.
•Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and report on activity.
