Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and own the full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to achieve on-time and under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop ROM scope inputs, gather and evaluate proposals/bids, and produce final cost and schedule for projects.
  • •Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors through close-out, track invoicing, and implement cost/schedule/scope controls.
  • •Facilitate city, county, and regulatory approvals and resolve design/construction conflicts in the field in real-time.
  • •Manage site safety and environmental requirements for contractors and coordinate with end user and facilities teams for operations and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • •8+ years of professional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • •Experience with project management of major construction projects, including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations; mark up coordination items.
  • •Basic proficiency with modern survey equipment such as GPS and Total Stations.
