Associate Talent Acquisition Partner – Bangkok Based – 10 months Contract

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles supporting Agoda’s Supply partner network, from intake through offer and pre-onboarding. Partner with Supply hiring managers to translate hiring needs, drive pipeline health, and meet targets, SLAs, timelines, and quality expectations. Use recruiting data to identify risks and recommend improvements, maintain compliant recruitment records, and collaborate with People Team partners to deliver an excellent, fair candidate experience.
