Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and diligently maintain the master production schedule with daily detail and 12-week horizon for multiple facilities
  • •Analyze resources, determine production rates, and crunch data to ensure accurate resource allocation and scheduling
  • •Generate insightful scheduling reports to identify material shortages, shipment risks, and labor requirements
  • •Communicate the master schedule to Production Manager, schedulers and Project Managers; lead schedule review meetings and provide status updates
  • •Interface with MRP data (Acumatica) to incorporate production rates, material availability and project timelines into the master schedule

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analysis, manufacturing, business or related field
  • •7+ years of demonstrable experience in production planning/scheduling
  • •Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to process large data sets
  • •Code scripting: ability to hard code into data programs such as Google Sheets using the Script application
  • •Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
